Hump day is re visit your goals day!

It's the middle of the week and I call that hump day! If you have a goal for the week... pick up the pace Friday will creep up in no time :-0 and your monthly goal....it's the 20th, 11 days to go folks! What ever your goal for the day.. get moving it's half over! I hope you all have goals for the day, week, month, year and 5 year even 10 year? It's so important to know where you want to end up so that your subconscious and the universe can help you get there! I love when that happens and it happens all the time! I started something new last Friday and I set 2 goals; a one week goal and a 3 week goal.  I hit the one week goal and celebrated and now I am well on my way to the 3 week goal! I am unstoppable and so are you!

We are all courageous warriors, think of where we came from! We are all survivors and miracles. As children we started out fearless, crawling, standing, walking, running, riding a bike! Do you remember the first day of school, exams, your first job, your first love, your first night away from home? And now, some of us drive a car. That takes courage! The yellow line that we trust others will obey and not cross? Riding public transit takes courage too, all those strangers, someone else driving the vehicle that you have no control over?

We are all courageous in so many things that we do and for the most part we all started out the same way. If you are feeling afraid of setting a goal or not knowing what to set or how to set a goal have a look through out the comments section, there are some fantastic examples of small goals, big goals, simple ones and challenging ones. It's all up to you, just get started! If you need it, ask for help we are all here for that very reason! I ask for help all the time in all walks of life and it feels good to receive. Something to think about: when you are receiving, that is giving someone else the opportunity to feel good giving. I love that!

Happy Wednesday! For those of you in the Greater Vancouver area this weather is perfect for setting goals and making them happen :)
