There is a substantial difference between saying you'll do something and making the commitment to do it. It seems so easy for many of us to say we are going to do something, and yet somehow it seems even easier not to follow through most times. Why is that? Are we lazy? Forgetful? Fearful? Too comfortable with the status quo perhaps? Can you think of a person in your life that continues to say they will do something... and they rarely follow through? How do you feel about those actions ~ or lack of? Do you respect their lack of commitment? Can you empathize and be understanding and compassionate over and over again? Do you trust them? Would you go into a partnership with them?
Perhaps you've just come to an inner understanding that that's who they are. Are you really ok with that or would you like to see them move forward and follow through?

I think not :)
Big questions here and some of you might shrug and say, no that's not me and maybe it isn't... or maybe it is? If it is you and you are truly happy that's awesome! If you aren't, make the commitment to do something about it.
Take action! Don't wait until tomorrow or the weekend or after this or that. You deserve complete happiness! Take a moment and reflect, you are worth it! Change it up... do something out of your comfort zone, out of the ordinary. Say yes! Say no! Do something that will get you noticed, tap into your consciousness and be! Adventure, breaking fear barriers, getting out of your comfort zone... do something right now!

No matter the reason you have for doing something or not, what I have recently discovered is, we can either have reasons or results.
